The aim of the designers was to create similar buildings which are linked and yet separated from each other, allowing a connection but also privacy for two groups of friends or families.
Main element of the construction is the common atrium, which connects the residences and is roofed by two-level surfaces and pergolas. This creates shelter and natural cooling of the premises, while shading and marking the paths to the main indoor or outdoor spaces. Various large and small openings provide unobstructed views to all sides of the property, allowing users to enjoy panoramic views of the sea and Psiloritis from the rooms of their residence – shared or not. Also there is access to the separate flat roofs of the residences, designed with private living rooms.
